This happy little number features a brisk beat that walks along steadily at a sure and playful gait. The A section is performed and then it is performed again down a half-step. Next, the B section occurs. The entire form repeats three times.

This piece is about the flair of metropolitan life and the many currents and energies that fill the air in the city.

One could even say that this silly little tune is about the spirit of a city.
