At the beginning of the track, the fierce gallop of an enraged drum kit invokes the energy of a wild stampede of demon-possessed stallions. In the third bar, the lead electric Stratocaster joins in on top of the fray like a heroic cowboy trying to subdue the herd. Suddenly, in bar five, the other guitars and the bass join in the mix, and the main groove is in full frontal assault mode. Four bars later, a light, delicate tenor vocal nimbly floats above the foray, delivering its simple lyrical message. After this first verse is done, the guitars begin performing single stroke chimes that signal the beginning of the chorus, which features a lot of tom hits and cymbal crashes. Harmony vocals join the lead voice as they urgently ask their impassioned question. After this first chorus is over, the lead Strat returns and ushers in the second verse, which is followed by a final chorus. before returning one more time to close out the track.
